Behind the Making of "Golden Hour"

A deep dive into the creative process behind the most personal track on the album.

"Golden Hour" started as a voice memo recorded on a phone during a road trip through the California desert. The raw emotion of that moment — windows down, sun setting, everything feeling impossibly beautiful and temporary — became the foundation for what many consider the emotional centerpiece of the album.

Producer JAY-MAX spent three weeks building the sonic landscape, layering analog synthesizers with live strings recorded at Capitol Studios. The result is six minutes of pure vulnerability.

The music video was filmed entirely at golden hour over five consecutive evenings in the Mojave Desert.
